YOGA FOR ALL WALKS OF LIFE

You don’t need to be fit, flexible or female to take our classes. Our classes are suitable for beginners and can be modified for more experienced yoga practitioners. Our 60-minute sessions include a series of postures (Asanas), breathwork (Pranayamas) and relaxation (Savasana) and will improve your mental and physical health.

Covering all the intimate aspects of yoga, we exercise safe and healthy yoga poses for beginners, as well as those who have been practising yoga for a long time. We offer a hands-on, focused, and attentive teaching style designed to improve posture, position, and balance.
